Why should you choose Rad Learning?
I know what it feels like when systems exclude you, when the "one size fits all" approach means you don't fit. I've spent my life on both sides of that problem: experiencing exclusion while building pockets of inclusion like classrooms, support groups, and programs where people could actually belong.
After 20+ years teaching across non-profits, schools, businesses, and training organisations, I created Rad Learning to do more. I don't just teach people about inclusion, I build the tools to make it happen.

Tools designed from the ground up to include, not exclude. Want to know more about my journey? Read my story.
This isn't theory. I understand real learning, technology, and systems that need to change. I'll help you make yours inclusive.

Have you checked inclusion boxes,
or actually changed the way your team works?
You know inclusion makes your team stronger. Maybe you've written policies, hired diverse staff, brought in an inspiring speaker, or sent people to a conference. But when you look at how your team actually works, has anything changed?
Are neurodivergent staff just welcome, or truly thriving? Is your team just aware of AI's ethical risks, or using these tools inclusively?
You want to close that gap. But your team can't do it without the right tools.
The tools to close the gap

A common language to navigate inclusion together
Your team won't just learn concepts, they'll develop shared language to identify problems and propose solutions. When you face a new inclusion challenge, your team can work through it together

Hands-on practice with tools they'll use immediately
No lectures or superficial activities. Your team will use real inclusion tools in your context - so the next day, they already know how these tools work.

Learning built for your team
Rad Learning Experiences include people who learn differently: those with accessibility challenges, executive function differences, or learning disabilities. When training only works for some people, it doesn't stick. This does.

Evidence of what actually changed
You'll receive a report showing what your team learned - not just what was delivered. You'll know the investment worked.
