We've developed The Rad Learning Model to bring all of these together. About Rad Learning We create relevant, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for businesses and other organisations. Staff training is hit or miss, it’s hard to know what will lead to real change. Rad Learning creates real learning experiences, with a report on what was learned not just what was taught. We've developed The Rad Learning Model to bring all of these together. Everything that we do at Rad Learning puts learning first. We specialise in high impact teaching strategies, human-centred design, and digital technology. We are creating experiences that work for all types of learners, including those who are disabled, neurodiverse, have learning difficulties, or are from culturally and linguistically diverse communities. About Me Hi, I'm Ren Everett (he/they) Inspired to consider the future and new ways of living, learning, and doing. How can we use technology to lift people up, not flatten them to fit in the same cookie-cutter as everyone else? Passionate about solving problems by truly listening to people at the heart of the problem. I use human centred design and tools to improve intersectionality to ensure accessibility for people who are historically marginalised. I'm a proud leader in the Transgender Community, a working class kid, and a parent of neurodiverse youngsters. I utilise my lived experiences in every part of my professional life. Academically driven with degrees in English Literature, Cultural Studies, History, and a Master of Education. I’m enthusiastic about great thinkers who have shared what they’ve learned with the whole world rather than turning their knowledge to money and success. I live to learn new things and then teach them to everyone else. Ask me how to; install a car seat, wrap a baby, raise a sourdough starter, skateboard, write a poem, teach a 12 year old to write a poem, deadlift, run a Role Play Game, pitch a tent.
